Hosted by Steve Lang and Emma Prunier, UK training took place for 40 Store managers which focused on Leadership and Motivation. Experiential exercises were used to get the learning points across and everyone really got stuck in!
There was lots of lively discussion and the managers devised action plans to develop their team members. Steve and Emma shared hints and tips on how to transfer the acquired skills into the workplace.
