Your training budget is precious - don’t blow it on poorly targeted training. We believe that the key to successful training is a structured planning process.
Working with our clients we develop a training programme based on these criteria:
- What do staff need to be able to do that they cannot do now?
- How best are they able to learn?
- How does the training dovetail with corporate messages/core values?
- How will the training be measured back at the workplace?
We have provided training for anything from two delegates to 200; through Internet based learning, formal presentation, experiential exercises or just old fashioned face to face learning.
