Home & Legacy are a major provider of household insurance products.
In order to help raise broker awareness of their 'Portfolio' & 'Portfolio Plus' products they called in Motiv8. We worked with Brian Verney of Home & Legacy to put together an interactive product session looking at all aspects of the product, potential buyers and selling skills bearing in mind the FSA regulations.
For brokers, used to a regular diet of dull slide show based presentations this interactive and fast paced event came as a very pleasant surprise!
Around 130 people attended events in London, Newbury, Taunton, Cambridge and Manchester. Motiv8's Steve Lang facilitated the event with Brian and also a local representative from Home & Legacy.
Additionally, Motiv8 put together an incentive package to back up the training with the top prize being a weekend for two in New York!
Following the training, proposal forms have been flying in to the Home & Legacy team. The event led to comments such as 'Refreshingly different', 'Fantastic - don't know where the time went', 'Really informative - and fun' and from a Training Manager from a brokerage 'The best training I've ever been on!'
