Motiv8 delivered a product launch training roadshow for Home and Legacy Insurance.
The growth in business that followed meant that Motiv8 were invited by Home & Legacy and their client, AXA, to put together specific training for the launch of a new AXA insurance product - 'Ultra'.
Working closely with Brian Verney and the team at Home & Legacy and AXA, Motiv8 assembled and delivered a programme of ten half day interactive product sessions for insurance brokers.
AXA very kindly sponsored the events which made use of different learning methods including various team exercises the highlight of which, by common consent was a darts based activity!
Motiv8's Steve Lang led the training while Brian and the AXA team were on hand to provide additional information and support - and help manage some of the exercises.
Participants threw themselves into the activities and went away with a wealth of knowledge of the new product features, eligibility, exclusions etc.
They also looked in detail at best practice issues when with the potential customer. The roadshow moved around the country before reaching its final target - the now traditional last event in Manchester!
