Home and Legacy staff seem to be enjoying the recent highly acclaimed series of training workshops delivered by the Motiv8 team.

Following on from last year's successful roadshow with Home and Legacy, Motiv8 were asked to put together a telephone skills programme for internal Home and Legacy employees.
Staff attended three separate events at Home and Legacy's head office in the city.
The training involved dealing with incoming enquiries from potential customers and involved hands on practice using Motiv8's much travelled telephone training simulator units.
As can be seen from the photographs, everyone rolled their sleeves up and got stuck in. Participants came away feeling much more confident in dealing with telephone enquiries and also, not unimportantly, having enjoyed the experience.
