Scenes from the recent training in Bulgaria that proved to be a resounding success.
Date: 01 July 2007
Motiv8 has a long standing relationship with Ford in the United Kingdom having provided countless training events at the Henry Ford College in Loughborough over the past few years.
With this in mind, following an initial session in Romania last year, we were asked to design and deliver a seminar to help Ford dealers in Bulgaria generate more business.
Those attending the seminar in Bulgaria included dealer managers and front line sales and aftersales staff and the Motiv8 team of Steve Lang and Deb Williamson led what proved to be a highly challenging and lively event.
The programme examined both the sales and aftersales side of the dealer business and used interactive exercises and challenges to formulate best practices and ideas that were taken back to the dealers in the form of followed up action plans.
In fact the event was such a success that the Motiv8 passports will soon bear stamps from Tunisia, Kazahkstan when the event is rolled out in those countries soon!
Many thanks also to Peter Toth of Ford Fleet in Budapest and the Henry Ford College in the UK for their support on these programmes.
