Motiv8 has supplied training to the Henry Ford College for a number of years and for the launch of Ford's most important car in years Motiv8 were again in the frame.
The brief was to develop a motivational and practical event to introduce the car to Ford's regional sales team and to work with them to develop a strategy for a successful roll out of the vehicle.
The Motiv8 team of Steve Lang and David Taylor, ably supported by Ford's Chris Ladkin put the regional team through its paces in a challenging environment where the team focused on the car's competitors, how to sell the car to the fleet market and used practical exercises on negotiation and factfinding.
The highlight of the event was the first glimpse of the new vehicle "in the metal".
