Over the past few years, Motiv8 has provided a range of training services for Kia Motors, one of the world's fastest growing automotive companies. Since 2006, we have delivered dealer management training for Kia in countries as diverse as Germany, Malaysia, Dubai and Bermuda.
Closer to home, Motiv8 provides sales and management training for dealer staff of all 40 Kia dealerships in the Republic of Ireland. During May and September this year Motiv8's David Taylor led sessions on Used Car Appraisal, Complaint Handling and Customer Relationship Management.
The Customer Relationship Management sessions were attended by staff from sales, parts, service and dealer management. Through often lively discussion and debate, David led the team through a series of exercises focused on finding how they could best work together to improve the customer experience in the dealership - in all areas! From there, the course covered how to maximise the ongoing customer relationship and real life ideas and actions were discussed and plans put in place.
In fact, one dealer owner who attended said "This is the best training I have been on in 30 years in the business. Every Kia staff member should attend".
