WJ King is one of the fastest growing motor dealer groups in the United Kingdom who Motiv8 has worked successfully with for a number of years. Group Sales Director Jeff Conway contacted us at the end of 2008 looking for Motiv8 to deliver two workshops for their dealer sales managers.
We ran simulated sales meetings where managers were tasked to brief sales staff to ensure clear communication of sales process steps and coached on giving clear guidance and support.
Here's what Jeff had to say after the sessions: "Feedback is very positive. I have spoken to each Sales Manager and every single one felt they have gained a lot from the session.
The practical “role play” scenario was extremely beneficial and the clarification of some grey areas were made clear for all. A commitment was gained from all to implement what we agreed & I am looking forward to much more satisfied customers who feel they have had a better experience than other dealers deliver."
