The British Gas management team getting stuck into some real world challenges during the recent coaching sessions.

Against a backdrop of challenging conditions for businesses everywhere, British Gas are looking to grow their market share in all areas.
Following on from our running of their management conference at Eynsham Hall, Oxford in March, 2009 , we were delighted to be asked to run coaching sessions for their team leaders.
British Gas has a nationwide sales advisor team of around 285 people supervised by around 80 Area Sales Managers and Sales Team Managers. The advisors visit customers in their homes giving advice and guidance on a range of energy issues.
Motiv8’s coaching specialist Graeme Borrill delivered several sessions towards the end of last year and the latest event took place in early 2010.
The managerial team were put through their paces covering all aspects of coaching, managing and motivating a team using a variety of methods including case studies.
With guidance from Graeme throughout they went away having formed specific action plans to help improve team performance.
Feedback from all who attended was fantastic - so much so that we will be running more events soon.
